Separator systems

The NLT Automatic Separator System is firmly installed in the slitting line instead of the manual separator shafts. The conventional manual tool store and separator shafts are therefore not necessary anymore. With the changeover to NLT Automatic System the existing roller basket is completely replaced and extendable separator shafts are installed.

Automatic Separator System ASS

The automatic separator system ASS10 works with a pneumatic shaft. The Separator Discs get placed by a two finger gripper and are fixed by expanding the shaft. Up to 8mm material thickness the system enables a straight processing and a good recoil result.
